Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring process efficiency, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting business growth through effective operational planning and execution. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Managed daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinated with various departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitored operational processes and identified areas for improvement.
  • Ensured adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintained accurate operational records and reports.

Process Improvement

Required Qualifications
